Returns/Refunds Policy
We at JustMed, Inc. (JustMed) value our customers and are committed to
customer satisfaction throughout the entire order process.
JustMed has a 30-day money back guarantee provided the products
returned remain in like new resale condition and all parts associated
with order are present upon return; a 15% restocking fee will be
assessed and deducted from refund total to cover shipping &
handling costs incurred during processing. Customer is
responsible for shipping costs during refund/return process.
JustMed is not liable for packages which are damaged, lost or not
delivered on time due to our delivery companies (FedEx, UPS,
USPS). On the outbound order (from JustMed to customer) insurance
will be applied within the shipping costs when JustMed processes order
to cover for such an incident as aforementioned. JustMed will
assist in filing claims and getting replacements when applicable if our
chosen shipping companies have not met shipping requirements on the
outbound shipping. If a delivery is a home delivery and left at front
door due to customer not available for delivery acceptance, JustMed is
not responsible for replacement of stolen products or refund of monies
accrued for order. On an inbound return/refund shipment, JustMed
advises customer to include in cost of shipping same insurance to cover
replacement of product if delivery companies shall damage products or
lose shipment. If product is damaged or lost during return
shipping and no insurance was included in shipping fees, no refund will
be issued. JustMed will offer a refund on a pre-approved return
only if all parts of original order are in return package.
Please allow approximately 20 business days for your return to be
processed and your credit card to be credited once your return has
arrived at our facilities. This time period allows for JustMed to
assess return and determine if refund is applicable and to repackage
order for resale. This time period also allows for our accounts
payable to process refund and time it takes for our banking
institutions to process refunds.
Return Instructions
Customer must first review JustMed’s refund policy stated above.
After review of refund policy, customer must then contact JustMed to
obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). An RA# may be
obtained by calling JustMed at the following phone numbers:

No
returns will be accepted without an RA#. Please include
the RA# in the shipping address to assist in determination of an

Your purchased item must be in its original packaging with the original
packing slip/invoice, manual/warranty info, and accessories. Our
manuals for JustAMP Digital Amplifier (JustAMP) and JusTalk Digital
Audio Larynx (JusTalk) both have a labeled photo of all pieces included
in the purchase that may assist you in determining if all pieces are
present before returning. If any items are missing or damaged,
JustMed will be unable to offer a credit for or replacement of your
purchase. Both JustAMP and JusTalk are products which have a
printed circuit board residing in them which is part of their superior
technology. Specific packing instructions are located inside the
packing box on the suspension clam shell specifically designed for
protecting our units during shipping for the physical JustAMP or
JusTalk unit. These packing instructions must be followed to
protect the printed circuit board from damage during shipping. If
a return is received without the JustAMP or JusTalk placed between this
clam shell suspension and the product is damaged, a refund may not be
applicable for return.
Warranty Returns/Replacements
All JustMed products are covered under manufacturer warranty.
Duration of warranty may be found in JustMed product manuals.
JustMed does sell follow on accessory products which do not require an
owner’s manual. These accessories will have warranty duration
clearly stated on packaging. If a JustMed product fails during
warranty period due to a manufacturer defect, the product or accessory
will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Due to the fact that
it is not possible to clearly determine if a product is covered under
warranty or has instead received excessive and/or aggressive handling
which may damage product, a warranty coverage cannot be agreed upon
until JustMed has had the opportunity to assess the return. For a
warranty return/replacement, please follow all above return
instructions INCLUDING CALLING JUSTMED TO OBTAIN AN RA#. The
ENTIRE product package and parts must be returned to adequately take
through testing to determine a warranty defect. Customer is
responsible for shipping costs due to the fact that at the time of
shipping it has not been determined whether the issue is yet a warranty
issue. If it is determined that the product is exhibiting a
warranty issue, JustMed will replace defective part at no cost to
customer and will refund cost of shipping incurred by customer for
warranty return. Customer is responsible for reading
product/user’s manual and warranty information within as different
parts of JustAMP and JusTalk have different lengths of warranty
periods.
